*A 25% deposit is required for all high season reservations.
**A 30 day notice is required for all cancellations of a high season reservation. Failure to do so will result in half of the value of the stay to be billed to credit card.
- All prices listed are before taxes.
- Check-in time is guaranteed for 4PM. Checkout time is 10AM.
- Pets are allowed, but a 25$ cleaning fee will be charged, then 25$ per additional week.
- A 48 hour notice is required to cancel your reservation. Failure to do so will result in one night being billed to your credit card (in high season, 30 day notice)
- All our cottages are non-smoking. Failure to follow this regulation, will result in a 500$ fee being billed to your credit card.
